Our client in the imports and exports industry in Cape Town is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO.Responsibilities: Manage CEOs electronic/physical diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.Manage CEOs travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).Maintain CEOs office systems, including data management and filing.Maintain records of CEOs contacts.Run personal errands for the CEO when required.Assist CEO in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the CEOs responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the CEO.Organise meetings and ensure that CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.Manage arrangements for Supplier/Buyer/Investor meetings, including production/distribution of agenda and papers.Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.Assist in coordinating eventsAssist the CEO afterhours from time to timeAny other duties as may reasonably be required by the CEO.Requirements:A relevant degree 2-4 years experience in a similar role Experience with electronic diary management Interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized and hardworkingExcellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy Ability to work on own initiative.Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Computer literate Willingness to go the extra mile Energetic and friendly demeanor To apply, please send your CV with your salary expectations to hannah@personastaff.co.za https://personastaff.co.za/vacancies/
