The ideal candidate will excel in fostering strong, collaborative working relationships across diverse cultures and time zones, all within a fully remote environment.The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier support to 4 C-Suite Executives, ensuring their schedules, priorities, and administrative needs are managed seamlessly.   • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting C-Suite Executives
  • Experience working in a demanding environment
  • Ability to successfully balance the support requirements of multiple leaders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) / Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms etc) / Slack
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interdepartmental environment.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management, Travel & Logistics, Relationship Management, Expenses
  • Effectively manage dynamic and evolving calendars for senior leaders, proactively adapting to changes in schedules.
  • Coordinate and reschedule complex meetings and travel plans, often with short notice.
  • Handle extensive internal and external meeting scheduling with precision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client and partner contacts to facilitate smooth scheduling.
  • Collaborate with country managers to plan and coordinate intricate travel itineraries across African regions and beyond.
  • Ensure timely procurement of visas and other travel documentation, anticipating travel needs proactively.
  • Provide logistical and technical support for virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and workshops using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom and MS Teams
  • Support leaders and teams by fostering strong, cooperative relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison to strengthen collaboration within a fully remote, pan-African environment.
  • Assist with expense reconciliation and submission of outstanding expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • The ability and willingness to be available outside 8-6 working hours as needed
