The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities, possess a high degree of professionalism, and ideally have worked in a tech or telecommunications environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of executives.
  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls to executives.
  • Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality in all business matters.
  • Facilitate internal communication by compiling reports, and distributing information to team members.
  • Assist in the coordination and planning of company events and meetings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management, preferably within a tech or telecommunications environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling tools and video conferencing software.
  • Proficient in managing schedules, travel arrangements, and office technologies.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
