Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support..
Innovate efficient office management strategies and troubleshoot to ensure a seamless workflow.
Manage extensive scheduling, travel arrangements, and diary management to optimize time efficiency.
Assist with documentation, including maintaining client contact lists and supporting team presentations.
Collaborate with other Personal Assistants to support a cohesive team environment.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, with a preference for candidates with Compliance/FICA experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to think proactively and independently.
