Executive Assistant (Property Sales & Lettings / Business Development)

UK-Fully Remote (Full-time, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, alternate Saturdays)
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and high-energy Executive Assistant to join their growing team. This dynamic role combines property sales, lettings, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and able to multitask, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and the passion to build lasting relationships within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Take calls on behalf of the Real Estate company, providing excellent customer service and support.
Handle various aspects of property sales and lettings, from cold calling to generating business opportunities.
Actively chase and pursue new business, identifying and targeting new clients.
Engage in telesales and direct customer-facing interactions to develop business opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and landlords.
Manage and coordinate rent renewals and other administrative tasks.
Work closely with senior team members to help meet business targets and KPIs.
Maintain a highly organized approach to tasks and responsibilities.
Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business demands.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Previous experience in real estate is advantageous, but not essential.
High-energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong cold calling and telesales experience with a proven track record of generating business.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
Demonstrated growth mindset and passion for business development.
Strong communicator with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
