Executive Assistant Real Estate Company (Part Time)Location: Remote (Working American hours)Job Overview:We are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant with prior experience in supporting senior leadership, preferably within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will oversee various departments, including marketing and asset management, ensuring smooth operations and consistent communication. In addition, they will be responsible for handling basic financial tasks and bill payments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  • Supervise the marketing team and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Manage the asset management team, ensuring regular reporting and updates
  • Ensure regular communication and updates across all departments
  • Handle bill payments and basic financial oversight
  • Provide administrative support to executives as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple teams and ensure effective communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage basic financial tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to work American hours
