Salary: R25k - R27k per calendar month

The Role:

We are seeking a top-flight Executive Assistant to provide unparalleled support to the Director of multiple property-related businesses. This role is pivotal in aiding the Director to expand and manage a growing portfolio of enterprises. The ideal candidate will be a master of organization, with exceptional skills in diary and inbox management, and a proven ability to communicate effectively on behalf of high-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while prioritizing and organizing emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Communication: Act as the Director's first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls, drafting letters, and emails, and communicating on behalf of the Director when necessary.
  • Business Expansion Support: Assist in the strategic planning and execution of business expansion activities, including research, project management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expense Management: Manage the Director's personal and business expenses with precision and confidentiality, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Process and Systems Optimization: Continuously seek and implement improvements in systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the Director's business operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the property sector or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a flair for managing complex schedules and priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for writing and speaking on behalf of senior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Ambitious, with a keen interest in business development and growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with financial management and expense reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and other digital tools for remote collaboration.
