  • Maintain required hygiene audits as per company requirements
  • Ability to oversee and manage different outlets
Minimum Requirements
  • Senior Certificate
  • Diploma in Professional Cookery
  • Stock management software experience advantageous
  • Drivers licence & own vehicle
  • Fine dining experience
  • Excellent client relations and commmunication skills
