Job Summary We're looking for an Executive Chef to lead a dynamic team across multiple luxury safari lodges.   • Designing and executing menus
  • Leading and managing the kitchen team
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Managing food cost and inventory control
  • Maintaining guest satisfaction through consistent culinary excellence
  • Promoting creativity, innovation, and leadership within the team
Candidate Requirements:
  • Formal culinary training and relevant qualifications (e.g., diploma or degree in culinary arts)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a 4/5-star lodge, hotel, or resort
  • Strong understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and current food trends
  • Proven experience in menu planning, stock control, and kitchen team leadership
