? Proven experience in a kitchen position, ideally within a hotel environment
? Fine dining experience and a strong understanding of banqueting operations
? Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to adapt to changing environments
? Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
? Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
? Strong communication and listening skills, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities
? Outstanding analytical and strategic skills for improving the business from a financial perspective
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
? An open, positive, and communicative personality
