Job Summary I am looking for an experienced Executive Financial Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance and to support business decisions, while overseeing financial operations for both general financial management activities and specific projects with budgeting, costing, and risk identification Responsibilities: - Manage month-end financial results, prepare disclosure information, compile budget and forecast workings, and perform monthly reporting on key financial metrics - Ensure accurate financial recording of customer order-related costs, understand product and project costing, and apply IFRS15 principles to all sales transactions before invoicing - Identify financial risks, recommend procedures, and ensure sufficient financial controls are in place - Liaise with and assist in the annual external audit process, develop and modify financial policies and practices, and ensure adherence to ERP system controls - Assist with business decisions to ensure profitable transactions, provide efficient customer service to financial information users, and handle ad hoc information requests Requirements: - CA(SA) - 5 - 7 years post articles experience - knowledge of ERP systems, SAP S/4 Hana would be an advantage - Sound knowledge of Financial and Controlling principles - Working knowledge of IFRS accounting guidelines and evidence of technical competencies in recent IFRS standards Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable rolesCA Financial AppointmentsRecruiter
