• Spearhead the development of our client's overarching IT strategy, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft and refine the IT roadmap, ensuring technology advancements bolster the organization's competitive edge.
• Provide expert guidance on IT investments, ensuring optimal performance of the technological infrastructure and the successful delivery of IT projects.
• Foster strong relationships with external service providers, maintaining rigorous contract and SLA management to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
• Lead the IT team with a focus on innovation, professional development, and strategic planning, ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence.

• A solid academic foundation with a Grade 12 certificate and an IT or Business-related degree.
• At least 12 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity, showcasing your leadership prowess.
• Experience within the Medical Scheme Industry is highly desirable, offering a unique perspective on healthcare technology challenges and opportunities.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT systems and infrastructure, with a particular focus on Oracle and related technologies pertinent to our client's administrative system.
• Proven success in a CIO or comparable managerial role, underlined by a strong grasp of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
• A track record of designing, developing, and implementing IT systems, alongside strategic IT infrastructure planning
