Job SummaryA client within the Healthcare & Laboratory industry is seeking the Expertise of an Executive Manager that will drive the company strategy. This role will be based in Johannesburg.The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- Drive and Develop Business Strategy
- Design, Implement, Improve Laboratory Systems and Processes
- Develop and Implement Laboratory Operating Policies
- Reporting on results of the Laboratory Operations
- MBCHB Degree with a Masters Level Business Qualification or Masters Degree in Medical Technology / Biomedical Science or MMED or FCPath
- Registered with the HPCSA
- 10+ years' experience within the Pathology / Diagnostic environment, Infectious Diseases and Public Health
- At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Manager within the Healthcare environment
- Knowledge of laboratory / pathology industry operations
- Experience Managing Large Complex Businesses
- Leadership and Team Management
- Strategic Planning
- Financial and HR Management
