Title Executive: Networks & Data Centre SolutionsThe Executive: Networks and Data Centre Solutions go-to-market (GTM) is responsible for the growth of this GTM. This includes accountability for the strategy, execution of that strategy, the product and services value proposition, the partnerships and financial performance of the GTM.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:P&L Ownership and Business Performance:Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall financial performance of the business unitDevelop and execute a strategic plan to achieve revenue and margin targetsMonitor financial KPIs, cost structures, and operational efficienciesBusiness Strategy and Market Positioning:Define and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with company goalsIdentify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategiesStay ahead of industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologiesSales, Customer Acquisition & Retention:Oversee sales and business development efforts in partnership with the Executive: Sales to drive enterprise customer acquisitionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersEnsure high customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal ratesLeadership and Team Development:Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across sales, service delivery, and operationsFoster a strong performance-driven and customer-centric cultureEnsure effective talent management, workforce planning, and skill developmentInnovation and Product/Service Development:Oversee the development and enhancement of service offerings to stay competitiveDrive innovation in Networks, Data Centre solutions, security or other emerging tech relevant to the businessAlign technology investments with customer needs and business strategyGovernance, Risk, and Compliance:Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance, and security regulationsManage business risks related to IT services, contracts, and service deliveryImplement governance frameworks for sustainable growth and operational controlStakeholder Engagement & Reporting:Report business performance and key initiatives to the MDCollaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, marketing, HR, and ITRepresent the business unit in industry forums, client meetings, and strategic partnershipsCOMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Internal:All related and relevant business stakeholdersAll GTMs and Group counterpartsMDs from other OpCosEnabling functionsExternal:VendorsCustomersQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Educational Qualifications:IT, Commercial Degree or Relevant Bachelors, Honours or postgraduate qualificationProfessional Qualifications:Relevant Professional Membership/sYears of Experience:10 years+ in a related IT environment of which 5 years must be at Senior Management levelProven experience in product management, including strategy development and product lifecycle managementStrong business acumen with the ability to create and execute strategic plansExceptional leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departmentsAnalytical and data-driven decision-makingA deep understanding of the industry and market dynamicsOther requirements:Creative, strategic problem solving skillsCan play an advisory role to senior leaders and ExecutiveIs able to operate at a senior levelIs approachable, demonstrates leadership qualities with a desire to help junior team members grow in the function and organisationActive listenerEducation Bachelor's Degree (Required)Languages English
