The company is a private investment entity that has a highly qualified and accomplished group of select employees that handle the day to day investment matters of the entity.

Crescent Star Pty Ltd does not have a listing on any website, being privately held, a niche investment firm that is seeking a confident and professional individual to manage the personal and administrative duties of the CEO.

Executive Personal and Administrative Assistant Position :



We are seeking an exceptionally organized, highly trustworthy, proactive, and confidential Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to serve as the right-hand support to our Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique and demanding role that extends beyond traditional executive support, encompassing the seamless management of the CEO's business schedule, extensive travel logistics, and the coordination of personal and household duties .The successful candidate will be a true gatekeeper and facilitator, demonstrating outstanding judgment, anticipating needs, and possessing the absolute requirement and proven ability to travel often with very little advance notice. This role demands unparalleled flexibility, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate all aspects of domestic and business travel, often arranged last-minute, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.
Accompany the CEO on business trips as required, providing comprehensive logistical and administrative support on the ground.

Scheduling meetings , sending reminders, organizing catering, and preparing meeting materials or taking minutes if needed.

Personal & Household Management Support:


Act as a trusted point person for managing aspects of the CEO's personal life and household(s).
Coordinate personal appointments, family schedules, and social engagements.
Assist with managing household staff (e.g. cleaners, gardeners, drivers), schedules, and task delegation, ensuring smooth operation of the residence(s).
Liaise with vendors for household maintenance, repairs, and services.
Assist with planning and executing personal events (e.g. dinners, gatherings).
Run personal errands, manage personal bill payments, and handle personal shopping as required.
Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal and family matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


Administrative experience managing both business and significant personal/household needs.
Mandatory: Unrestricted ability and genuine willingness to travel extensively (potentially >50%), often requiring departure on very short notice.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms.
Excellent command of English (written and verbal); outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, resourcefulness, and a 'can-do' attitude.
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility and adaptability are crucial; comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Professional demeanor and presentation.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Durban , KwaZulu-Natal, and able to support the CEO at various locations including the primary residence.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Fluency in English.
This is a role requiring significant flexibility and availability beyond standard 9-to-5 hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary (especially during travel or for urgent personal matters).
Requires the ability to operate effectively in both corporate office settings and private residential environments.
High degree of autonomy balanced with the need for constant communication and alignment with the CEO's needs.
