Job Description


A company within the Property Industry is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team.The PA will report directly to the owner of the company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the company owner.
  • Manage the owners calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of the owner.
  • Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in the property industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications (advantageous).
