Produce all content on the Show
Provision, creation and amplification of existing, and new content, both on-air and digital, in line with annual audience targets
Manage and produce Show imaging to maintain and increase TSL
Provide appropriate content and Guests for Weekday Product and in line with station's multimedia content strategy
On-Air Product:
Create and Manage the strategy surrounding all show content and how it will align with station content.
Manage implementation of the Show Strategy which includes but is not limited to: collection, distribution, placement, amplification, recycling, repurposing across all media platform types and portals internally and externally, as well public relations opportunities and Brand Exposure.
Manage scripting, voice selection and production of all Show imaging, including jingles.
Monitor competitor Show content as well as trending International Show content.
Ad Hoc assistance on Scripting when required by Programming and Marketing.
General:
Work with key digital personnel including all show producers,content producers, Tech producers and the Presenters.
Collaborate with Management Team on Stations content strategy.
Attend all meeting involving programming (Programming Meetings, Presenter meetings, Show Meetings).
Work with the Programming Manager on building cume and TSL.
Execute any tasks that may reasonably be expected.
Drive and manage Show meetings
Provide monthly reporting as required.
Qualification:
Relevant Bachelors degree ( Communication / Media)
Skills and Experience:
6 - 8 years broadcast experience with technical, on-air and online experience.
* Experience within a radio station programming department with on air, market research, and multimedia experience would be advantageous.
