Title Executive Retail
The Executive Retail is responsible for managing the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the company's product portfolio within a specific division of the organization. This role involves defining and executing the business plan, both short-term and long-term growth strategies, and positioning the company's products effectively in the market. The Executive Retail will lead the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization through all stages of development and maturity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee the strategic and operational aspects of practice offers, ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives while promoting continuous integration and continuous delivery
Identify the key drivers of performance, establish ambitious targets, and hold team members accountable for delivering results
Manage the transformation and expansion of practice offers within the specified region
Take charge of and optimize the investment in the portfolio of offers for our clients, aligning it with business strategies and priorities
Continuously seek to innovate and develop new, distinctive offerings that are scalable and repeatable, fostering stronger and enduring client relationships
Recommend and lead efforts to create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure financial viability for deployment, including the preparation and review of cost estimates
Lead a team of practice managers and ensure that performance goals are consistently reviewed and met
Develop and implement effective leadership structures and governance models
Foster the development and support of a community of practice for the sharing of information and best practices
Authorize and facilitate the implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize practice efficiency
Lead and oversee solution design reviews to ensure the ability to deliver solutions, maintain business profitability, and meet client requirements
Collaborate with sales with the objective of increasing revenue through net new customer acquisition as well existing customer spend as measured through net new bookings
Collaborate with service delivery to improve existing annuity services efficiency with the objective of improving gross margin
Overall accountability for the financial performance of the GTM as measured through revenue, gross profit, and operating income

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
IT, Commercial Degree or Relevant Bachelors, Honours or post graduate qualification
Professional Qualifications:
Any relevant Professional Qualification
Years of Experience:
More than 10 years in IT Retail environment of which 5 must be at Senior Management level
Proven experience in product management, including strategy development and product lifecycle management
Strong business acumen with the ability to create and execute strategic plans
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departments
Analytical and data-driven decision-making
A deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics
