Job Summary Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and convert new clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information about the academys accredited courses.
Consultative Selling
  • Understand clients needs and recommend suitable training programs to address their goals.
  • Customise proposals and solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
Marketing and Outreach
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and seminars to represent the academy and network with potential clients.
Administration and Reporting
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback.
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Key Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate is essential.
  • A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Experience in consultative selling and client relationship management.
Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
