Job Description
Overview:Our client in the Human Resources sector is looking to employ an Executive Assistant, to provide admin support to their Chairperson.Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Degree or Diploma in Behavioural Sciences or a Human Resources or Legal field
- 5+ years working experience in a similar or corporate environment
- Knowledge of accounting principles (to provide ad hoc support to Finance Manager)
- Dictaphone typing (grammar and spelling)
- A valid drivers license
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Dictaphone typing, tracking changes and collation of final reports and slides
- Diary management and keeping track of multiple changes
- Co-ordinating travel and meeting arrangements
- Drafting covering mails
- Record keeping and general admin functions
- General ad hoc duties
- Confident, articulate, and professional individual with strong emotional intelligence
- Adaptable and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Well-rounded professional with a solid understanding of corporate operations, including financial functions
- High level of discretion and integrity, with the ability to handle highly confidential information
- Detail-oriented with strong memory retention and the ability to think quickly and strategically
- Highly organized, task-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborative team player with a dynamic and engaging personality
- Proactive learner with a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence
