A well established dealership based in Sandton, Johannesburg is looking to employ a Executive Secretary / HR Administrator on a 4 month temp contract.Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong background in Excel proficiency
  • HR / Business Administration Qualification
  • Organised / problem-solver
Duties:
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and prepare communications on the executives behalf
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
  • Organise meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organise catering when necessary
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Welcome visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the CEO
  • Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritising the most sensitive matters
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • To support the Human Resources department. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
