Job Description
Qualification & ExperienceMinimum Requirement:A legal qualification or medical qualificationMasters: Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration/Management/ FinanceA minimum of 15 years' overall experience, of which 8 years must be in a Senior Management role;5 years in policy development and 5 years in private health services10 years' experience in senior management in medical schemes or comparable environment.Experience in the relevant regulatory environment would be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of the Medical Schemes Act
- Sound knowledge of the healthcare financing industry
- Sound knowledge of strategy and policy formulation
- SA's healthcare financing and delivery system, product knowledge and pricing;
