5 Years of experience running a kitchen with the relevant knowledge within BOH (Back of House), i.e., cold, hot, & pizza sections.
Follow all aspects of food and beverage preparation and presentation as set out through brand-specific briefings and recipes.
Follow and uphold all relevant sectional SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
prolific in managing and understanding food cost and conducting stock takes with Management
Attendance and active participation in all relevant training sessions on and off-site.
Training, coaching, and guidance to new hires.
Control and minimization of waste.
Knowledge and practice of food safety and hygiene standards.
Utilizing kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, avoiding and reporting any damage or required maintenance.
