SUMMARY:
Dealership Parts Sales Manager - Vereeniging#DriveYourCareerForward with a major motor dealer group, who is looking for a Parts Sales Manager to join their team.
Our client, a major dealer group in the automotive industry is looking for an experienced and passionate Parts Sales Manager.As the Parts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the current team across, ensuring efficient management of orders and reporting. Your role will involve coordinating with the service department to optimize lead times, managing tracking metrics such as sales performance, inventory turnover, and profit margins, as well as analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will be tasked with controlling expenses to maintain a profitable parts department.Remuneration:
A competitive salary of xc2xb1 R 30 000 xe2x80x93 R 35 000 Negotiable based on experience plus productivity bonuses xe2x80x93 Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle and Fuel Allowance.POSITION INFO:
Duties include:

• Must have a good understanding of both internal and external Parts Sales xe2x80x93 Service Workshop, Sales, Over the Counter operations and Panel.

Must understand the full value chain workings of Parts, from ordering, receiving, stocking, sales, dispatch, and invoicing. * Good leadership and team qualities and the required levels of EQ in managing and interacting with all stakeholders.Staff coaching and understanding * Warehousing

• Perpetual stock counts
• Quarterly stock counts
• Purchases in terms of re-order categories and not increasing redundant stock value.
• Strategy on disposing of dead stock not including OEM buybacks.
• Backorders, stock adjustments, parts store security, binning and other standards, workshop counter, despatch and courier where required.
• Stocking of parts, intercompany accounts recon
• Parts department controls implementation & monitoring
• Customer Care and weekly business retention visits to ensure parts growth & retention.
• Marketing

Requirements:

• Must have parts manager experience 5 years+ at a franchise dealership
• Extensive knowledge in Vehicle Parts
• Experience in a management role
• Excellent client service experience
• Technical and Analytical skills
• Must have either Keyloop/CDK/Xentry /Autoline /Drive/ Point-of-Sale experience with Parts
• Sound knowledge and understanding of inventory monitoring principles
• Reside Sedibeng / JHB South / Meyerton District
