We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in hotel or high-end restaurant management to elevate our clients dining experience to new heights.DescriptionAs the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients restaurant, ensuring impeccable service and unforgettable dining experiences for their guests. Your responsibilities will include managing the restaurant staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and optimizing profitability. You will also be responsible for inventory management, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel or high-end restaurant
• Proficiency in Micros, Opera, Opera Cloud, and Dineplan
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices
• Availability to start immediately
• Preference will be given to candidates located in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN)
