Please kindly take the time to read the job specification before applying.Our client, an established and very busy dealership in Pretoria is seeking to employ a NEW VEHICLE SALES EXECUTIVE that consistently sells 6+ units per month, over the last 12months. The Sales Executive must be self-motivated, friendly, and hardworking. The Sales Executive that doesnt depend on leads from the Sales Manger
The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly sales and sales activity targets, attend training, and attend functions with both the company and the manufacturer.
Must be ambitious, energetic, and determined to succeed.Position: Experienced VW New Vehicle Sales Executive

Salary: Market Related / Commission / MIBCO Benefits (No Medical Aid Contribution)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid South African Drivers License.
• Senior Certificate.
• Proof of 6+ units sold per month consistently over the last 12 months.

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to take instructions and complete tasks.
• Work Independently.
• Take initiative without over stepping boundaries.

EXPERIENCE:

• In a corporate Dealership - Min 5 years.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to perform various tasks such as:

• Prospecting new clients on a daily basis (Advertising is done by the company - additional advertising by the sales executive is very beneficial).
• Demos and Test drives with potential clients.
• Preparing vehicles for delivery.
• Opening deal folders.
• Needs analysis.
• Assisting the F&I to ensure all documents are correct.
• Delivery of vehicle in a dynamic manor.
