EXPORT DOCUMENTATION CONTROLLER
We have a career opportunity for a self-disciplined individual who is focused on producing high quality, detailed work within a team environment. The position requires attention to detail, ability to maintain complete and accurate records, computer literacy and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Reporting to the
Logistics Coordinator
, you will work at theMarketing Office
inSomerset West,
and will be responsible for all documentation in the export clearance process.Responsibilities:Preparing all export documentation for customs, shipping and agricultural clearances Liaising with all service providers in the supply chain relevant to documentation processing Accuracy checks on information supplied by packing stations Customer packing list distribution and timely delivery of export documentation Record keeping according to government requirements
Requirements:Matric 1-2 years export documentation controlling/freight forwarding experience Computer literacy
Requirements:Planning, organizing & prioritising Strong attention to detail and accuracy Building relationships Ability to work in pressurised environment and being resilient Deadline driven
