- Lecturing/Facilitation
- Marking
- Student support
- Communications skills
- Organisational skills
- Time management
- Honours Degree in one of the Business related fields with Industrial Psychology or Labour Law with Human Resource Management to second-year level.
- Lecturing experience in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology or Labour Law.
- Work experience in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Labour
