External Sales Representative
to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced and confident sales professional who is not only passionate about sales but also eager to learn and grow within the company with a strong technical aptitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the marketing efforts of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up on enquiries and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess requirements.
Prepare and submit quotes and tenders.
Review and sign off technical drawings.
Configure solutions tailored to client needs.
Process orders efficiently and ensure smooth handover to the administrative team.
Provide ongoing support to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Long-term
: Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in external sales, preferably in a technical/ industrial or engineering sector.
Ability to work well in a
small team environment
, assisting wherever needed.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literacy
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
