EDUCATION: Diploma/B-Tech Mechanical Engineering qualification or related field
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 -5 years' experience preferably in the pumping industry specializing in mechanical seals and
rotating equipment
Mechanical seal sales and application
Computer Literacy; (Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, MS Project
SAP- advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Customer centric
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Time management
Prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team
Key AccountabilitiesMaintain good working relationship with existing customers, and develop new customers Knowledge of the design and operational requirements of mechanical seals, pumps and other rotating equipment Maintain regular, planned visits and communication with key customers in the area you support Conduct detailed product Demonstration to customer & generate enquiries for the product offered Provide technical support to customers and understand technicality of various sealing systems Educate customers on the quality features and uses of our products through the full use of KSB Pump and Valves marketing strategies Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with KSB Pumps and Valves sales objectives to support organizational goal Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met Able to work independently, efficiently and communicate productively with others Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborate with internal stakeholders to make sure customer needs are met Comply with and enforce all KSB Pumps & Valves (Pty) Ltd policies and procedures Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time

Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
