They are seeking an ambitious and results-driven External Sales and Marketing Consultant to join their team and spearhead their sales efforts in the African market.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the African region.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.Collaborate with the technical team to provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet client requirements.Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that all terms are favorable to the company and aligned with our strategic goals.Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management.Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand our market presence.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in , Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in external sales, with a focus on industrial equipment or related fields.Experience in hydraulics or a strong engineering background is essential.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel extensively within the African region.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional African languages is a plus.Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.Similar jobs you might be interested in:Location: Doornkloof
