Our client is looking for a dynamic, well-groomed, sales driven go getter to join their team as an external sales executive.The applicants must be able to acquire business as well as have a strong persuasive outgoing personalities and should understand that it is necessary to handle cold calls as well as follow-up leads efficiently.The position requires the applicant to think quickly, handle stress, and enjoy working in a field where you are selling Aesthetic and Technical products to professionals.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTAn enviable track record in the field of sales with a minimum of 3-5 years experience as external sales executiveA glowing record of superb customer serviceAbility to consistently meet monthly sales goalsGood solo and team playerExcellent people and communication skillsSAP and Microsoft OfficeMatric certificate and own transport with valid drivers licenceNICE-TO-HAVESAn existing presence in the building industry would be beneficial, but not mandatory.Youll use our showroom as your basecamp, but youll work independently of the showroom to broker and close deals with professionals working on large commercial projects that require high-end tiles, taps, sanitaryware, accessories etc.With your understanding of our brand as a luxury brand in a high-end showroom environment, you will appreciate the importance of ensuring an excellent customer experience by maintaining brand integrity and going the extra mile.You will also be required to cold call both professionals in the industry to solicit business and create your own database of professionals.A good proportion of your time will be spent meeting with professionals, both at their offices and onsite. Naturally, the monthly sales targets that are set will need to be met, if not exceeded.
