This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to significantly impact the agricultural sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve maximum marketing profitability, growth, and market infiltration within an assigned geographical area.
- Effectively sell the company's approved range of products in line with Company policy.
- Provide marketing and technical support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer service inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Plan and execute product promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Evaluate trial results and provide feedback for product development and improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and reports.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales strategies.
- An agriculture degree is essential.
- Experience in marketing vegetable seedlings AND, OR, the complete farming cycle of vegetables is required.
- Independent worker with the ability to travel extensively.
- Own vehicle is necessary.
