Travel within sales territory to meet prospective customers and old customers
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers
Build and maintain relationships with new and old customers
Quotations and tenders on standard catalogue items
All Quotation will be ACCURATELY done on Sage or on excel
Accurate capturing of ALL the order information on the Sage system, these include the correct customer name, product code, price, contact person, mobile number and delivery address.
The efficient management and releasing of customer back-orders, each Individual sales person is responsible for their own back orders and customer service.
Quotes, Tenders and projects - follow up
Closing of a sale.
Do after sales service
Promote all products, with some product training
Communicate Customer satisfaction and complaints
Keep customers informed of any changes made to products, new products and any possible price changes.
Negotiate prices and discounts within stated perimeters.
Collect Customer Original Credit Application and evaluate place of business.
