xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Above qualification in maintaining minimum GP%s and maximizing project value where possible dependent on demand.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Prepare documentation / Quotations and ensure they are sent in a timeously manner.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Follow up on documentation / Quotations and assist with added info or assistance if required.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Capture records in CRM, and maintain by changing the status of position. (e.g.: Lead; Opportunity; Qualifying; Won or lost). Ensure prospects are maintained in the correct tenant: Delta {End-user} - Delta Wholesale {Reseller}.CUSTOMER ORDER PROCESSING & HANDOVERSxc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Follow-up call to clients w.r.t quotations.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Ensure smooth handover to internal teams through effective coordination to ensure timely and efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Work closely with operations/logistics, customer service, and other departments to ensure a unified approach.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Process orders on relevant documentation according to customer specification
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Inform buyer w.r.t stock required.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Ensure relevant documentation is forwarded for invoicing (picking slips)

xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Work closely with the operations/logistics department to stay informed of shipment of orders and resolve any issues.

xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner in line with orders and agreed delivery terms, with a key focus on Personal Safety Equipment.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Represent the customer in Delta Health and Safety / Delta Wholesale and guide the business to see the perspective of the customer.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Provide excellent customer service and act as company liaison /serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring the agreed level of service is delivered.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Regularly engage with existing clients to assess their PPE needs,
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Educate customers on the proper use, care, and maintenance of PPE.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Provide training sessions or informational materials to enhance customer understanding.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Field queries deal with complaints and address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues/disputes and problems faced by customers in a professional and timely manner.
