JOB: External Sales RepresentativeLOCATION: Kempton ParkOur well-established clients in Kempton Park are looking for a goal driven sales rep that can meet sales targets and maintain company growth. The right candidates must have, roof sheeting, decking, and building industry knowledge.MUST HAVE ROOFING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE!!!Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure increased customer awareness and maintain/increase market share
- Ensure optimal growth by providing excellent customer service
- Meet and improve annual budgets - inherent requirement
- Client queries are responded to timeously.
- Deliveries are followed up on whenever necessary.
- Written (typed) quotations are provided to customers.
- Customers are visited on a regular basis.
- Matric Certificate
- Valid Drivers licence is essential
- Computer Literacy is essential (MS Office)
- Sound knowledge of South African roof sheeting industry is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Permanent Form Work relevant to Decking.
- Minimum 5-10 years Sales Rep/Technical sales experience is essential.
- Relevant Sales/Technical Engineering diploma/degree will be an advantage.
- Awareness and Attentiveness to Company Image and Branding
- Ability to do draughting will be advantageous.
- Syspro experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Must be able to actively negotiate and communicate with all customers
- A good understanding off the building industry will be an advantage.

- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to do extensive travelling
- Sales: 8 years (Preferred)
