Job Description
Are you a seasoned sales professional in the flexible plastic packaging industry? We're looking for an experienced External Sales Representative to join a leading company in Gauteng.Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in external sales within the flexible plastic packaging industry, particularly in printed flexible plastic packaging.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of extrusion and printing processes.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Languages: Fluent in English (Afrikaans and/or Zulu is a plus).
- Other: Willingness to travel within Gauteng and occasionally beyond.
