Gauteng, JHB - Northern SuburbsMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)External Sales Representative - Rosebank (JHB)Our client, operating in the Solar/Renewable Energy sector, is currently seeking a motivated, dynamic candidate, ideally in the early stages of their career, to join their team as an External Sales Representative in Rosebank (JHB).Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required, preferably in the solar energy, estate agency, or insurance industry.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Johannesburg.
• A strong knowledge or interest in solar energy systems and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Engage with customers in our store and beyond, showcasing the benefits of our solar products.
• Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solar solutions that maximize savings and efficiency.
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other innovative strategies.
• Manage inbound sales calls and proactively contact potential customers using various communication channels (Email, WhatsApp, Phone, etc.).
• Meet with potential customers to assess their solar needs and perform site visits as necessary.
• Present, promote, and sell our solar offerings, articulating the value and benefits of the company's solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress through the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as installation and engineering to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of sales processes.
