Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid drivers license & Own vehicle
MS Office Suite
The successful candidate will be required to cover the Gauteng and North West Region
3 5 experience in the Material handling equipment industry
A proven track record of selling to target and delivering profitable growth
Local and National Market knowledge
Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
Good Communication skills (verbal, written)
Ensures that distributors knowledge on products are updated continuously through regular training
Conducts a background investigation on incidents and accidents that have taken place with equipment
Receives the customer complaint form indicating details of problem/s encountered
Conducts history on product and tracks who it was supplied to
Visits site and determines individuals involved in incident or accident through collecting necessary
information in order to determine root cause and offer corrective measures
Consults with external service providers to ensure that equipment is designed in accordance to the organizations specifications
Receives tender/quote request from customer
Ensures compliance of procedures, through internal audits prior to external audits
