Description:RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced EXTRUDER OPERATOR for a well-established company, position based in Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu-Natal.REQUIREMENTSGrade 12.Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.Extrusion related qualification would be advantageous.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).5yrs+ previous working experience as an Extruder Operator from the flexible packaging industry.Reasonable level of numeracy.Knowledge of raw materials, mounting, colour - matching including inks, solvents and selection of anilox rollers.Must have good knowledge of the flexible packaging materials used in extrusion.Set up job changes according to the correct start up procedure and monitor machine efficiencies.Troubleshoot stoppages and breakdowns.Perform quality checks.Complete all related documentation.Complete daily production paperwork.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Salary package offered: - To be discussedPLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE / ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.IMPORTANTPLEASE APPLY FOR THIS POSITION VIA OUR WEBSITE (WWW.REDCATRECRUITMENT.CO.ZA)
