Job Description
Job Responsibilities:SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY:
- Participate and comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Key Customers: Employees, Admin Managers, Vendors
- Check and validate leave forms
- Capture all leave information
- Administer selling of leave
- Administer leave bonuses
- Monitor outstanding leave balances
- Compile leave encashment lists
- Clearing of exceptions
- Input of overtime schedules as per procedure
- Input of standby schedules
- Deal with employee queries
- Deliver payslips to sections and handle pay queries at the section on day before payday
- File copies of all time and attendance documents
- Conduct general payroll office administration.
- Grade 10 / N1
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Must have atleast 3 years payroll related experience
- Grade 12 (Advantageous)
- Accounting (Bookkeeping)
- SAP Payroll Module
- Accounting (Bookkeeping)
- Computer skills with emphasis on MS Excel
