DescriptionJob Responsibilities:SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY:

  • Participate and comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)
CUSTOMERS:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Key Customers: Employees, Admin Managers, Vendors
BUSINESS PROCESSES:Time & Attendance:
  • Check and validate leave forms
  • Capture all leave information
  • Administer selling of leave
  • Administer leave bonuses
  • Monitor outstanding leave balances
  • Compile leave encashment lists
  • Clearing of exceptions
  • Input of overtime schedules as per procedure
  • Input of standby schedules
Payroll:
  • Deal with employee queries
End-of-Month procedure:
  • Deliver payslips to sections and handle pay queries at the section on day before payday
  • File copies of all time and attendance documents
  • Conduct general payroll office administration.
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Grade 10 / N1
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office)
  • Must have atleast 3 years payroll related experience
Additional Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 (Advantageous)
  • Accounting (Bookkeeping)
Skills & Knowledge:
  • SAP Payroll Module
  • Accounting (Bookkeeping)
  • Computer skills with emphasis on MS Excel
