Sefar products are used in a wide variety of industries, reaching from electronics, graphics, architecture, medical, automotive, food and pharmaceutical applications to mining and refining, aerospace and smart fabrics.Sefar operates weaving mills in Switzerland, Romania and Thailand.With Monosuisse, the Sefar Group has its own yarn production with locations in Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Mexico and Germany.Based on extensive know-how, our global network of subsidiaries, and manufacturing centers in 27 countries on 6 continents, we can quickly and efficiently help our customers to achieve the best results in their industrial processes and applications.About the JobTo manage and oversee the manufacturing process within the Fabrication Department and to ensure that this department runs reliably, efficiently, productively and profitably.Your Role & Key ResponsibilitiesProduction planning, organizing, estimating, negotiating, and agreeing to costings and work time frames.Ensure the production of prescribed goods is manufactured effectively, accurately, speedily, cost effectively and within SEFAR group standards.Interpret technical drawings, specifications and job orders correctly.Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet production goals.Supervise safety regulations and Fabrication Team.Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect faults or defects.Your QualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in Manufacturing.Degree/Diploma in Production and Operations Management, Project Management, or similar.Technical knowledge in drawing, and experience in Filtration Industry, Textile Industry, Mining/Heavy Industry will be advantageous.Pastel Accounting for Stock Management, Fenya and Experdite advantageous.Good Financial understanding of figures, costings and calculations.Interpersonal skills and leadership ability to lead a diverse team.
