Job Description
To supervise the manufacturing of fabricated steel components for agricultural equipment by co-ordinating staff activities, organising and monitoring work flow and output Duties and Responsibilities: - Co-ordinate production activities - Ensure health and safety - Employee Management - Perform maintenance and housekeeping - Responsible for Quality Assurance - Administration
Experience: At least 3 years experience working in a production environment (candidates with management experience will receive preference) Qualification: National Senior Certificate and qualified boilermaker (completed trade certificate)
