Job Summary Qualifications, Skills & Experience xefx81xb6 Grade 12 and other relevant certificates xefx81xb6 Must be in possession of a valid First Aid and Fire Fighting certificate xefx81xb6 Life coaching training and proven application of life coaching techniques xefx81xb6 Must be able and show proven experience in motivating and encouraging young adults. xefx81xb6 Must be familiar with-, and have solid experience in; o developing and leading team building activities, o leading and facilitating group discussions xefx81xb6 Must be highly safety-orientated and know how to create and maintain a safe environment xefx81xb6 At least 5 years' experience in guesthouse management xefx81xb6 Must have experience in events coordination and be willing- and able to; o Bar tend o Manage stock o Cook for small to large groups o Clean facilities if required o Perform tasks related to the Front desk xefx81xb6 At least 3 years' experience in general operations management including the running of; o The office o The kitchen o Housekeeping o The maintenance and facilities xefx81xb6 Computer literate. xefx81xb6 Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable transport xefx81xb6 Proficient in Afrikaans, English, and Sesotho. xefx81xb6 Able- and fit in swimming, hiking, abseiling, team sports and other physical activities as needed xefx81xb6 Proven leadership skills, especially in working with teenagers and corporate teams xefx81xb6 Must be able to work under pressure.
