Curriculum Development and Delivery:
Collaborate in designing and updating course content in line with industry standards and trends
Ensure that all course material aligns with QCTO and SETA requirements, maintaining accurate records of learner progress and program effectiveness
Assessment and Feedback:
Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners, ensuring progress and competence development
Adapt training methods based on learner feedback and performance to continuously improve the learning experience
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure training programs are compliant with QCTO and SETA standards, including all necessary documentation and reporting
Participate in quality assurance processes, preparing for audits, and site visits as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in education, digital skills training, background in Business Analysis, Robotics Process Automation, Software Development, or Data Science
QCTO and SETA accreditation is preferred
International certifications useful e.g Java, Python, AWS, and Azure
Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in facilitating digital skills training or related areas, ideally within a blended learning environment
Solid understanding of QCTO and SETA accreditation processes, requirements, and standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage learners effectively
Experience training in an online classroom environment
Extensive use of LMS software
A commitment to continuous professional development in digital education methods and tools
