The Facilities Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of property maintenance and operations. You will ensure facilities are well-maintained, liaise with vendors, and oversee health & safety compliance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility-related expenses.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma in Facility Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Other Requirements:
  • Own transport and phone.
