Job Description


As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the effective and efficient day to day operations of the Campus, including ensuring the service and facility is flexible, responsive, and supportive to all student and staff needs and both safe and secure. Supporting the various departments, Assisting with PR and Marketing, Assisting HR, providing an inclusive and welcoming environment.Requirements:

  • Previous experience and a proven ability to successfully manage and coordinate day to day operations in the same or similar environment.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to work inclusively with diverse stakeholders to deliver appropriate and collaborative outcomes.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve through innovation and initiative without direct supervision, and manage and prioritise a diverse workload with competing demands.
  • Business acumen to manage financial recordkeeping including invoicing, purchasing and budget management.
  • Computer skills
  • Current drivers licence
