  • Recently graduated or completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
  • Must have Business leasing knowledge.
  • Must have exposure to Facilities and Maintenance
  • Understanding of safety standards and protocols in maintenance operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Consistent academic excellence.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, self- motivated and self-managed
  • Ability to conduct basic administrative tasks and research.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Immaculate timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cost analysis for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist with fair pricing for all facilities, maintenance, and labor.
  • Assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities, costs, and vendor performance.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager and team members to support daily operations.
