We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Facility Management Supervisors for an exciting opportunity abroad. Our client, a leading organization in the industry, offers a comprehensive relocation package to ensure a smooth transition.Essential Requirements:
- Trade Qualified: Specializations in Electrical, Mechanical Building Services, Public Health Services, Carpentry, Masonry, or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Attitude: Energetic, ambitious, and eager to learn and progress.
- Leadership: Self-managed with strong leadership capabilities.
- Communication: Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects and activities.
- Record Keeping: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Commercial Management: Understanding of delivering within tender allowances is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
- Salary: Competitive, to be agreed upon by all parties
- Housing: Choice of housing allowance or free accommodation
